Not To Miss Entertainment on Main Street USA
Upon entering the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort, you immediately feel the magic as you stroll ( or dodge people and strollers) down Main Street USA.
But, as you focus on making your way down to Cinderella’s Castle, make sure you don’t miss the entertainment all along the happiest street on earth.
The Dapper Dan’s
The Dapper Dan’s are a Barbershop Quartet that has been entertaining guests at Walt Disney World since 1971. In the mornings, you can find them as part of the Trolley Show, and throughout the day serenading guests on Main Street USA or in the nearby Harmony Barber Shop…where you actually can get a trim if you need one.
The Casey’s Corner Pianist
As you walk past Casey’s Corner near the end of Main Street USA, turn the corner and you’ll notice a beautiful white piano. Hang out for a bit and you may find yourself tapping your toes along to the ragtime sounds of the Casey Corner Piano Player who entertains approximately seven times a day with a twenty-minute show.
Check your My Disney Experience app for specific times on the day you plan to visit.
The Main Street Trolley Show
The Citizens of Main Street perform a fun little trolley show with their trolley, car or sometimes fire engine about three times a day.
If you plan it well to be on top of the train platform, you can usually get a great view as they perform in town square.
The Citzens Of Main Street
Along with the Dapper Dans and the Trolley Show, there are other Citizens of Main Street who provide fun atmosphere and interact with guests at the Magic Kingdom.
You are likely to find them during the day and may come across a reporter, the local fireman, the town mayor and other fun characters. Don’t be afraid to stop and ask for a photo or have a short chit chat about their day.
The Move it! Shake it! Mousekedance it! Street party
This fun street party is a special celebration for Mickey’s 90th Birthday and runs three times a day daily until September 30, 2019.
The Disney parade features an original song “It’s a Good Time.” You can check it out in FlipFlopWeekend’s Main Street USA Spotify Playlist.

Festival of Fantasy Parade
The Festival of Fantasy Parade is THE Disney Parade to watch if you are marking your calendars.

It generally only has one run a day, currently 3:00 p.m.
The classic mood, bright colors and fun characters will definitely add magic to your day.
I like watching it from the train station platform, but anywhere you decide to camp…think about saving a spot at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure a good view.
