School starts tomorrow…for both the kids and Mr. L and I. We have to trek out of the house super early ( and I am not a morning person), so it’s important to have a quick and easy grab and go item for breakfast. These banana bread muffins are perfect.
I had some bananas that we let get a bit…um…overly ripe.
Actually, I completely forgot about them, despite the fact that they were on my counter…in the fruit basket.
Sad, but true.
Anyway, I turned the near mash into full mash and made these delicious muffins.
They take less than 10 minutes of prep work and will give us a week of morning yumminess in the car ride to work/school.
